⬇️ Download Instructions

1. Go to the Your Information and Permissions page under Accounts Center
2. Click on "Download your information"
3. Click on "Download or transfer your information"
4. Choose the relevant Instagram account
5. Click on "Some of your information"
6. Scroll to "Connections" and select "Followers and following"
7. Choose "Download to device"
8. Select "All time" for Date range
9. Format: HTML, Media quality: Low
10. Wait for Instagram to email the archive

⬆️ Upload Instructions

1. Unzip the downloaded folder
2. Click into the followers_and_following folder
3. Open the connections folder
4. Find followers.html (or followers_1.html) and following.html
5. Upload below to check who's not following back
