Great Dalmuti tracker

For The Great Dalmuti (달무티), the card game where the table is a pecking order. After each round, tap players in the order they went out. That is all you enter. The tool seats the next round, from Greater Dalmuti down to Greater Peon, and keeps count of how long everyone has held each seat, so you can see who has been Greater Dalmuti three rounds running and who can't climb out of the Peon seat. It also tells the Peons what taxes they owe, flips the table on a greater revolution, and keeps the rulebook's optional points. Everything stays on your device: this page can't make network requests.

How the table moves

The deck runs from 1 to 12, with as many copies of each number as the number itself, plus two Jesters, 80 cards in all. Lower is better. Whoever empties their hand first becomes the Greater Dalmuti next round, second is the Lesser Dalmuti, last is the Greater Peon, second-to-last the Lesser Peon, and everyone in between is a Merchant. Before play, the Greater Peon hands the Greater Dalmuti their two best cards and gets any two back, and the Lesser Peon does the same with one card. The Greater Dalmuti leads. Round 1 has no finishing order yet, so everyone draws a card for seats; the tool lets you tap that draw in too, or skip it.

Who has held which seat

The table under the round counts how many rounds each player has sat in each seat, the one being played included, along with the streak they're on now and their longest unbroken run as Greater Dalmuti. Under it, one bar chart splits each player's rounds by seat, and another ranks, for each seat, who has sat there the most. Each player's card shows the seat they hold right now and how many rounds running. The chart draws everyone's seat round by round, Greater Dalmuti on top and Greater Peon at the bottom.

Revolutions and points

Whoever is dealt both Jesters can call a revolution, and nobody pays taxes that round. If the Greater Peon calls it, it's a greater revolution: the whole table swaps seats with its opposite, so the Greater Peon sits as the Greater Dalmuti for that round. The game itself has no winner, so the score is the rulebook's optional one: a point for every player who went out after you. With five at the table, first out takes 4 and last takes 0. Set a play-to target if you want the game to end, or leave it blank and just play.

Does any of this leave my device?

No. The page makes exactly one outside request: an anonymous page-view ping that records the address /dalmuti/ and nothing else. Names, orders and points are never part of it, and the tool's own code cannot make a network request at all. They are saved only in your browser, so the game survives a reload. “New game” wipes it.
